Music from Sandscape Publications is registered with BMI, 

a performing rights organization. BMI pays royalties for original classical works performed at live classical concerts in the U.S. presented by entities licensed by BMI under classical and symphonic licenses. As required, Sandscape Publications notifies BMI about performances so BMI can pay royalties to the composer and the publisher.

For venues not licensed by BMI, like churches and synagogues, a fee or honorarium for the composer and publisher is greatly appreciated. This fee or honorarium is based on your budget, expected audience size, and what you normally pay musicians.
